CHARLES E. CONAWAY

Rincon-Charles E. Conaway 78, died Sunday, July 29, 2007 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. He was born in Macon, Georgia living in many places during his career in the military. He has been a resident of Rincon for the past 22 years. Mr. Conaway served in the United States Navy and retired from the United States Air Force. He later retired from Gulfstream.

He is survived by his wife, Katherine Conaway of Guyton, his daughters, Lanna South of Raeford, NC, Sandra Craspe of Guyton and Donna Tice of Guyton, his sister, Elizabeth Conaway of Savannah, several grandchildren, several great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 31, 2007 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.

Graveside Services will be Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at 1 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with Full Military Honors.
